Adam Breen is the owner of Breen Homes and an active member of the Salt Lake Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Over the past decade, he has delivered everything from production housing to high-end, fully custom residences, approaching every project with the same standard: build it right, build it to last, and build it with pride and accountability.

A University of Utah graduate, Adam was drawn early to the craftsmanship behind exceptional homes, thoughtful design, disciplined execution, and precise detailing that feels intentional at every turn. He is also a partner at Utah Cribs Development Company, working closely with Realtors and developers to help shape Utah’s future, one lot and one home at a time.
